The integrated battery collector, with different sizes available, are designed for quick installation in and served ready to connect to the ACS circuit. They are ideal for installation in large collector fields. Plug and Play.

Racks and collectors area (number of collectors, connections, fittings, surface field area and finish) are designed and manufactured for each particular project in order to maximize the performance and to expedite the installation process.

Optimize performance rack system

The internal conducts are specially designed for optimal output of the whole rack as a single entity. The performance is tailored to the number of collectors in the rack and the number of racks in the collector field.

  1. Balanced flow between the collectors in the racks thanks to the advanced internal design. The performance is optimum for each collector in the rack.
  2. Thermal loss are minimised in the rack sides and between collectors.
  3. Robust system to absorb thermal expansion of the elements: long lasting, and steady performance.

Plug and play internal connectors.

The exclusive plug and play design of all internal connectors ensure easy connectivity between collectors and to the internal pipelines. The recommended working pressure is 8 bars but all collectors and pre-mounted racks have been tested at 12 bars to detect any leaks.

The inlet and outlet internal thermally isolated pipelines are fully integrated into the structure, so they ease the connection to the main hydraulic layout and enhance the aesthetic of the whole installation
The inlet and outlet valves are fitted into same side of the rack (with a male ½" G thread). This feature simplifies the main hydraulic layout to the collectors rack.

Compact and Versatile Structure

The folded structure is fully integrated with the collector rack to make it quick and easy to install. Once in its final position, the supporting legs can be unfolded and the structure secured to the ground (roof).

Collector fitting to the structure

The collectors are fitted with a uniquely designed clamp, which requires no further mechanical operation to the collectors and gives an appearance of unity to the whole set.
